Introduction
This course covers all the theoretical and practical elements of running a Rabble session, and is split into eight modules:

Please refer to the Rabble Instructor Training Manual whilst working through each module. You can also find the starter games in the Game Library section of your Instructor Dashboard.
We've provided a quiz at the end of most modules. We won't be assessing you on these but recommend you use them to check your knowledge as you progress through the modules.

MODULE 4 - Fitness in Rabble

How do we give players a workout at Rabble? There are four factors we must control as an instructor to maximise the workout of our players.

Assessment - If you booked the Online Training course or Webinar
(instructors attending the On-site training course will be assessed in person)
In order to assess your understanding of what you've learnt and progress on your Rabble journey, you need to achieve over 80% on your final assessment. Good luck!
Once this has been submitted and reviewed, you'll receive confirmation of your results and further steps to undertake.
