Rabble with Nicholas
Rabble with Nicholas Lebret
Once the session starts we will be introducing ourselves to each other with a name game. And then when we all know each other. Then the games will begin!
Each session will have a minimum of two games. Over the weeks the games Jailbreak and Frisbee along with many more will be played. To finish there will be a manic high intensive finish (with dodgeball being a favourite) and then a relaxing stretch out.
See you there!

Meet the instructor
What do I do for a living? I am an entrepreneur with three projects on the go. Currently developing a mobile app which is aimed at stressed-out office workers cope better with stress not just at work but also outside work. I am writing up a video training course which teaches people how to go vegan in 21 days and launching an online shop. Why did I become a Rabble instructor? I started Rabble because I am enthusiastic about fitness. Currently going to the local Crossfit box I can see how fitness can bring about many benefits to health and wellness and I want to engage more people to become healthy and stay fit for longer. What do I like about Rabble? Rabble is inclusive in that anyone can join in and that fitness can be fun.
