If you want to shape up but find exercise boring, then Rabble is perfect for you. It’s a new way of working out where you won’t even notice how much you’re moving, because you’re totally focused on winning points and having fun.
You'll get fit and meet new people while playing adrenaline-packed and immersive team games like Dodgeball, British Bulldog and Capture the Flag.
Rabble Bicester is run by Sarah Plater. Running around the playground with friends was the highlight of Sarah's school years, and she's delighted to have the opportunity to relive those times again!

We’ll be on a floodlit pitches at the brand new sports ground in Whitelands Way, Bicester (on the Kingsmere development). Look out for the black Rabble flag.

I’m a portrait photographer and writer (sarahplater.com). I find exercise for its own sake boring, but add points, giant yoga balls and donkey tags and count me in.
