Rabble games improve your all round fitness really quickly. Sprinting for bases, hurdling dodgeballs and catching vortexes, all leads to increased speed, agility, coordination, strength and endurance. If you can be bothered to count, you’ll burn up to 800 calories and cover up to 8k in one game. But honestly we’re too busy playing.

(don’t worry if those names don’t ring a bell, you don’t need to know the rules beforehand as we change things up every few minutes to keep you on your toes)
We also throw in some mashups of popular sports, and games themed around all sorts of events – there’s something different every time!

We have locations all over the country, from Edinburgh to London, and we’re opening more all the time. There’s several games per week in each location, so loads of opportunities to come along and get involved!
