Meet the instructor
Hi there and thanks for checking out my Bio page! Just a little bit about me.....I work from home as a qualified homeopath, where I see a lot of my clients over skype. When I'm not consulting, I also enjoy my rebounding HIIT workouts in the morning , followed by a beginners yoga session- all from the comfort of my living room! I have also been learning to ice-skate and have reached level 5! My first experience of Rabble was actually in Sheffield, as a team player! I have never enjoyed fitness so much before! I loved the idea of team games and competitive sports and meeting new people! Rabble ticks all the boxes- I get to enjoy keeping in shape, without any mundane exercises and monotonous repetition; I can push my limits when I feel like it, or just take it easy and enjoy the game. Either way, I know I will come away from every session having had a right belly ache of a laugh, and a good workout! I love the whole social side of Rabble as well and how inclusive it is. It's not something I have experienced in any of the gym sessions or leisure centre classes I have been to! Rabble is literally a whole different ball game in that sense, and looks at getting fit from a fun perspective.
