Stuck doing workouts you dread, running on a glorified hamster wheel? Surrounded by a group of people who blankly stare at the wall, to forget the drudgery of their workout routine?

It’s just accepted that if you want to get fit as an adult, it can no longer be fun. That you’ll get shouted at by a trainer and forced to live and breathe the “no pain, no gain” mantra.

 

WHAT IF IT DIDN’T NEED TO BE LIKE THAT?

What if you could get fit and it not be a chore, but something you look forward to? No longer shackled to the same grey gym, but outside having actual fun?

Where, no matter your fitness levels, you can join in with a bunch of awesome people who make their workouts the highlight of their day?

 

THAT’S WHERE RABBLE COMES IN

We rewrote the rules and made exercise fun, effective and social.

Bringing together a bunch of immersive team games that combine high intensity interval training (HIIT) with an amazing community spirit, we make it our mission to get you fit with a smile on your face. We #PlayHard.

Rabble games improve your all round fitness really quickly. Sprinting for bases, hurdling dodgeballs and catching vortexes. Leads to increased speed, agility, coordination, strength and endurance. If you can be bothered to count, you’ll burn up to 1000 calories and cover up to 8k in one game. But honestly we’re too busy playing.

WHAT’S IN A GAME?

You know those games you played in the playground at school? Or in the street or park growing up? Remember how much fun they were, and how they got your heart racing?

(don’t worry if those names don’t ring a bell, you don’t need to know the rules beforehand as we change things up every few minutes to keep you on your toes)

Take those, tweak the rules to make them even more fun and effective workouts, and you have a Rabble game.

 

WHEN AND WHERE?

We have locations all over the country, from Edinburgh to London, and we’re opening more all the time. There’s several games per week in each location, so loads of opportunities to come along and get involved!
